The current All Branches & Workshops experience is underperforming as a discovery and engagement tool. Clients and prospects face challenges finding, understanding, and registering for workshops.
We Redesign the All Branches & Workshops pages within the Branch Locator ecosystem to:
Improve discoverability and search/filtering.
Enhance clarity of content and calls to action.
Support segmentation by topic, format, and audience type.
We built a modular content platform to guide users through Schwab's tools, services, and accounts — optimized for search, scalability, and ease of use across mobile and desktop.
To offset Schwab’s limited visual expression, we introduced clear, minimal illustrations — tested and refined to feel useful, compliant, and welcoming without disrupting their established brand system.
